At Kaldi's Coffee, we want you to be fully satisfied with your brew. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer returns or exchanges on non-perishable equipment within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

    Check Eligibility

    Ensure your item is a non-perishable product, such as brewing equipment or apparel, and is in its original, unused packaging.

    Contact Support

    Email our roasting team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

  • 3.
    Package Your Item

    Securely pack the items in their original box and include the packing slip or a note with your order details to ensure faster processing.

  • 4.
    Ship and Refund

    Ship the package to our St. Louis roasting facility; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
